Summary

By using the Get Fire Kirin or Easy Street platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service. These rules explain how our sweepstakes operate, who can play, how prizes are awarded, and how we keep your information and funds safe. All gameplay is for entertainment purposes only — no purchase is required to participate.

1. Operator Information

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Reside in a state where sweepstakes play is permitted.
• Pass identity and age verification through Veriff.
• Not use VPNs, proxies, or anonymizers to bypass location restrictions.

Gameplay, purchases, or redemptions are prohibited in: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.

3. Nature of Play

The Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street platforms operate under sweepstakes law, allowing players to enjoy games for entertainment and promotional purposes.

• Gold Coins (GC): Play-for-fun currency with no cash value.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Free promotional entries that can be played for a chance to win cash prizes.
• SC cannot be purchased directly — they are awarded through free offers, bonuses, or AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry) mail-ins.

All gameplay outcomes are determined by chance; there is no guarantee of winning.

4. No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

You can enter without purchase via the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by mailing a handwritten request including your:

• Full name
• Address
• Email and phone number
• Statement: “I wish to participate in Get Fire Kirin sweepstakes for free.”

Limit: one AMOE entry per 30 days per household.

5. Account Creation & Verification

• Only one account per individual is permitted.
• SEON automatically screens all sign-ups for fraud or duplicate activity.
• Veriff verifies ID, age (21+), and facial match before any redemption.
• Accounts failing verification are suspended until confirmed.
• Information collected is handled under the Privacy Policy (Policy #6).

6. Purchases & Payouts

• GC purchases are optional and final.
• Payouts of redeemed SC are made through Simple 8 Wallet (MassPay) only.
• Players are responsible for ensuring payout account accuracy.
• Maximum payout limit: $400/day per verified user.
• Payouts are subject to AML/KYC review under Policy #1 and Policy #3.

Refunds & Chargebacks: Refunds are processed per the Refund & Dispute Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

7. Responsible Gaming

MC Data Solutions LLC promotes safe, balanced play.

• Play time and spending are monitored using SEON analytics.
• Automated reminders and voluntary self-exclusion options are available.
• Players can self-exclude for 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Players must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play.
• Create multiple or fake accounts.
• Share, sell, or trade accounts.
• Attempt to manipulate results or payout thresholds.
• Violate local, state, or federal law.

Violation of these rules may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and notification to law enforcement or regulators.

9. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

All activity on the platform is monitored for fraud, AML, and OFAC compliance. MC Data Solutions LLC follows the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and reports suspicious activity through SAR filings when required. Accounts linked to sanctions, fraud, or money laundering may be frozen without notice.

10. Data Security

We protect all user data through:

• AES-256 encryption (at rest)
• TLS 1.3 encryption (in transit)
• Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Vendor compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001

11. Disclaimers

• All games are for entertainment purposes only.
• MC Data Solutions LLC does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes.
• Gameplay is prohibited where sweepstakes are restricted by law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms or compliance standards.

12. Limitation of Liability

MC Data Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and service providers are not liable for:

• Losses due to internet connectivity, outages, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from platform use.

Total liability, under any claim, is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount spent on GC in the 90 days preceding the incident or (b) $100.

13. Dispute Resolution

1. Contact support@getfirekirin.com for resolution.
2. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted under Texas law, venue: Dallas County, Texas.
3. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
4. Class actions are not permitted under this agreement.

14. Account Closure & Dormancy

• Accounts inactive for 60 days may be closed automatically.
• Prior to closure, users receive a 45-day inactivity reminder.
• Any remaining GC or SC balances after closure are forfeited per sweepstakes law.

15. Termination

MC Data Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Noncompliance with these Terms.
• Fraud or AML violations.
• Abuse of promotions or chargeback fraud.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination decisions are final and may be appealed in writing to compliance@getfirekirin.com.

16. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, games, and trademarks on Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street are property of MC Data Solutions LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

17. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or technical changes. Updated versions will be posted at www.getfirekirin.com with the effective date clearly shown. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
