Summary
This policy explains how purchases, refunds, and chargebacks are handled for the Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street gaming platforms. Because these are sweepstakes-based entertainment platforms, purchases are for Gold Coins (GC) β which have no cash value β and are non-refundable. However, we do honor refund requests in limited circumstances, and we fully investigate any payment disputes to protect both the player and the company.
1. Nature of Purchases
- All purchases on Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street are for virtual Gold Coins (GC).
- GC are not real currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) are promotional entries and cannot be purchased directly.
- By purchasing GC, players acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable unless a verified technical or duplicate error occurs.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- The purchase was charged multiple times in error.
- The purchase was unauthorized and verified as fraud through SEON investigation.
- A verified technical issue prevented the player from accessing the purchased GC.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction and include:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID or screenshot of receipt
- Description of the issue
Email all refund requests to: support@getfirekirin.com. Refund decisions are reviewed within 10 business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- GC that have already been used or played.
- Purchases made by authorized users of a shared device or card.
- Account terminations due to fraud, AML/SAR violations, or policy breaches.
- Payout requests that fail verification or regulatory requirements.
- Disputed chargebacks filed directly with a bank or card issuer without first contacting support.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is treated as fraudulent activity and may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Balance forfeiture.
- Permanent ban from all MC Data Solutions LLC platforms.
- SAR filing under the Bank Secrecy Act (31 U.S.C. Β§5318) if financial abuse is suspected.
Our payment processors along with Simple 8 Wallet / MassPay and SEON systems provide proof of purchase and usage for all transactions.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are credited to the original form of payment only.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
- Refunds cannot exceed the original transaction amount.
6. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
All refund and chargeback requests are logged and monitored under:
- Policy #1 β AML/KYC & OFAC Compliance
- Policy #3 β Transaction Monitoring & Reporting
- Policy #4 β Customer Risk Rating & Due Diligence
- Policy #5 β Information Security & Data Protection
Suspected fraudulent refund behavior is reported to the Compliance Officer and may trigger a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing.
