• All vendors and processors handling data on behalf of MC Data Solutions LLC, including SEON, Veriff, and MassPay (Simple 8 Wallet).

9. Geolocation & Access Restrictions

Your geolocation is verified at login to ensure compliance with state laws. Gameplay, purchases, and redemptions are blocked in:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.

Access via VPNs or anonymizers is automatically restricted.

10. User Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your information (unless retention is required by law).
• Opt out of non-essential cookies and communications.

Submit privacy requests via privacy@getfirekirin.com. Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and completed within 30 calendar days.

11. Data Transfers

All data is processed and stored in secure U.S.-based servers (AWS, SOC 2 certified). Cross-border transfers, if applicable, comply with contractual and regulatory safeguards consistent with U.S. privacy law.

12. Breach Notification

1. The incident is assessed immediately by the Information Security team.
2. Affected users and regulatory bodies are notified within 72 hours where required.
3. Remediation steps and identity protection assistance are provided when appropriate.

13. Children’s Privacy

Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street are 21+ platforms. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. Accounts found to be underage are immediately closed and data permanently deleted.

14. Program Oversight

The Privacy Program is governed by MC Data Solutions LLC’s Compliance and Legal teams. Quarterly reviews ensure alignment with regulatory updates and technology changes. Annual third-party privacy audits verify adherence to TDPSA, GLBA, and NIST standards.
