Summary

These rules explain how our sweepstakes work, how to enter, win, and redeem prizes, and what terms apply to participation in Get Fire Kirin and Easy Street. The sweepstakes are designed for entertainment and operate in compliance with U.S. law — no purchase is necessary to play or win.

1. Eligibility

You must:

Be 21 years or older.
Reside in an eligible state.
Pass identity and age verification through Veriff.
Not use VPNs, proxies, or tools to disguise location.

Gameplay and redemption are prohibited in:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.

2. How to Enter

There are two ways to participate:

Gold Coin Purchase: Buy Gold Coins (GC) for entertainment play (GC have no monetary value).
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

Send a handwritten entry to:

Include your full name, address, email, and the statement:

“I wish to participate in the Get Fire Kirin sweepstakes for free.”

Limit one AMOE entry per 30 days in addition to the free daily Sweeps Coin (SC) given for daily play.

3. Playing the Games

Players use Sweeps Coins (SC) for a chance to win cash prizes.
SC cannot be purchased directly; they are obtained through free offers, bonuses, or AMOE.
Gameplay outcomes are random and determined by chance.
There is no guarantee of winning, and no skill is involved.

4. Prizes and Redemption

Prizes are represented in SC and can be redeemed for cash via Simple 8 Wallet (MassPay).
All redemptions require full ID verification via Veriff.
Minimum redemption: 50 SC.
Maximum payout: $400 per day per account.
Payouts over $10,000 trigger Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) under Policy #4.

All winnings are subject to verification, and tax reporting may apply.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to participate or win. All free entries have equal odds of winning as those obtained through GC gameplay.

6. Responsible Gaming

MC Data Solutions LLC promotes safe, balanced gameplay.

Play limits and behavioral thresholds are monitored by SEON.
Self-exclusion options are available at any time.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. MC Data Solutions LLC may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or 1099-K where required by law.

8. Fraud and Abuse

The Company reserves the right to:

Disqualify entries suspected of fraud, manipulation, or multiple account use.
Suspend or terminate accounts under AML or Responsible Gaming investigation.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement or regulators.

Fraudulent behavior may result in a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing per Policy #3 – Transaction Monitoring & Reporting.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration, verification, and gameplay is processed in accordance with Policy #5 – Information Security & Data Protection and Policy #6 – Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted, securely stored, and never sold.

10. Disputes

All disputes are governed by Texas law and subject to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. No class actions are permitted.

11. Changes to Rules

MC Data Solutions LLC may update these rules as required by law or for clarity. Changes will be posted at www.getfirekirin.com with a new effective date. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
